Mikaela is an experienced entrepreneur with a specialization in traffic generation, marketing automation, and sales enablement through automation.
She has worked with top corporate brands such as People, Food & Wine, Brides, Investopedia, The Balance, The Spruce, Byrdie, MyDomaine, and Verywell Mind/Health/Family/Fit whose average monthly visitors exceed 385 million users.
Along her entrepreneurial journey, she has started three companies. As co-founder and VP of Communications, she focuses on growing sites' monthly visitors via SEO, PPC, and social media marketing tactics. One of her companies—Click Catalyst, a digital marketing agency—grew from a simple start-up to a thriving company, with more than 50 clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
She was the SEO Analyst for Become.com and managed a website of over 100 million pages while also overseeing Become.com's office in Hyderabad, India. From there, she joined Cogswell College as the Director of Online Marketing where she specialized in online brand management and expanded the college's digital presence.
She's now the founder of Pure Growth Marketing, where she provides her growth marketing and entrepreneurship expertise to businesses of all sizes.
